Our farm

Our beef comes from our own neighboring farm, where around 40 Brown Swiss cattle live. We feed them daily with farm-grown hay and natural feed.

Since birth, our animals live always in the herd and are kept in conditions that ensure their well-being.

The quality of the meat is not only visible but also palpable in its taste. Our young cattle stay in our home pasture for more than half a year, which is a 15-minute walk from the farm.

There they enjoy the summer, feeding exclusively on the best grasses and herbs available.

Additionally, the quality of the meat is guaranteed by a stress-free slaughter with a short transport distance to Jenesien.
